Jesús brings over two decades of experience in project and portfolio management, with a distinguished career spanning multiple industries including insurance, healthcare, banking, government, and telecommunications. As one of the first 106 professionals worldwide to receive the Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) credential, Jesus is a pioneer in the field. His extensive expertise includes PMO implementation, process improvement, and the deployment of Microsoft’s Project Online and Project for The Web solutions.
Jesus has held key roles such as Project Portfolio Director at Medical Card System and PMO Manager at FirstBank Corp., where he successfully managed large-scale projects and implemented strategic PMO methodologies. He is also a passionate educator, having taught project management courses across various industries since 1999. Jesus is committed to leading project teams to success and delivering impactful results for our clients.

Francisco is a dynamic and results-oriented Industrial Engineer with significant experience in the health insurance, information systems, and government sectors. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP) and PMO Certified Professional (PMI-PMOCP). Francisco brings a unique combination of strategic and technical expertise to his roles. Throughout his career, he has held key positions as EMPO Director and IT PMO Director in various companies, where he led and managed project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
With a proven track record in leadership, strategic direction, and technical expertise, Francisco has successfully managed a wide range of projects from conception to completion. With a passion for driving innovation and delivering excellence, Francisco is poised to continue making impactful contributions to projects and organizations, leveraging his diverse skill set and unwavering commitment to success.
